I really had no frame of reference except Alysha, the owners recommendation. I am a 50 year old woman who has exercised her whole life, but had taken a sabbatical. I joined an amazing group of women for a test drive on their gear complete with workout and no obligation to purchase. I paired the tank with the ribbed tights (full length) and completed the HIIT class being offered. WOW!! I expected the top to ride up or roll up and no such thing occurred! The top stayed in place the entire time! The tights compressed my legs and looked pretty darn good too-if I say so myself! After my workout I did some shopping in my gear! The moisture wicking was superb and I looked so fashionable-just as the gear was intended. I've worn lululemon for years, but I am sold on Alythe!!
