SHIPPING

Please allow for up to 1-2 business days to process your order before it is picked up by the shipping carrier, although we always do our best to process the order on the same day the order was placed. We offer Free USPS First Class Shipping for all U.S. orders over $80, $6 USPS flat shipping for order less than $80, as well as expedited shipping options through UPS. We do not charge any handling fees.

Domestic Orders:

Orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Package Service with a typical delivery time between 2-5 business days.

Expedited and 1-Day Shipping options will also be available to choose from at checkout. We have negotiated discounted rates with our shipping providers to keep costs as low as possible for all customers requiring faster shipping options.

For our local, Colorado customers, a free PICK UP option is available. Pick up will be available same day or next day depending day and time of order placement. Pick up location is at the Alyth Active, 1224 Washington Ave #135A, Golden, CO 80401.

International Orders:

During checkout, international customers can choose the carrier and shipping service they would like to use, which will include an estimated delivery time based on the delivery address.

 

 

RETURNS

Alyth strives to provide superior customer service and we want you to absolutely LOVE your clothing and shopping experience which is why we offer free return shipping on all domestic orders. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for products in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Items purchased through special promotions marked final-sale, are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Defective items must be reported to support@alythactive.com within 10 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund.

 
To process a return, please follow the follow instructions below:

1. Please email support@alythactive.com, reference your Order Number and reason for your return. A return shipping label will then be emailed to you.

2. Pack the items you're returning (in original packing if possible).

3. Attach label to the package and cover/remove any old shipping labels.

4. Send your package on its way to Colorful Colorado!

 
Once your package is received, your return will be inspected and a refund will be promptly issued for item(s). Your refund will be credited to the payment method used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. For U.S. customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track each package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return labels.
 
Exchanges

The fastest way to receive your exchange is to reorder your item(s) in the correct size(s) then follow the return instructions above for the item(s) you are replacing.

International Customers
We ship internationally but unfortunately, we are not able to issue return labels to our international customers so you will be responsible for return shipping. If you would like to make a return, please email support@alythactive.com and reference your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback you may have for us and we will provide you with return instructions.
