From each brand's own size guide, November 2026. A guide only: every brand cuts a little differently.

How to measure

  1. Bust or chest: around the fullest part, tape level, under your arms.
  2. Waist: the narrowest part, usually just above your belly button. Don't suck in.
  3. Hip: the widest part of your seat, feet together.

No tape? Women can go by bra size, or open the brand section above.

Between two sizes?

Go by the product's fit note first. Still between? Take the smaller size for more hold, the bigger one for a softer, roomier feel.

Still not sure? Email support@alythactive.com with your height and your usual size, or try it on at our Golden or Fort Collins store.
