If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for products in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Items purchased through special promotions marked final-sale, are not eligible for exchanges or returns. Defective items must be reported to within 10 days of delivery in order to qualify for a refund.

To process a return, please follow the follow instructions below:

1. Please email and reference your email, Order Number, and reason for your return, as well as any feedback you may have for us
2. Pack the items you're returning (in original packing if possible).
3. Print your return shipping label. If you haven’t received it yet, we’ll send it to you soon.
4. Attach the label to the package. Cover or remove any old shipping labels.
5. Send your package on its way with USPS to Colorful Colorado!

Once your package is received, your return will be inspected and a refund will be promptly issued for the items. Your refund will be credited to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 10 business days to ensure that your refund is credited. You will be notified via email when your return package is received and your refund has been processed. For U.S. customers, please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels so that we can track each package once it leaves your hands. We cannot guarantee a lost return that has been sent using a method other than our pre-paid return labels.

The fastest way to receive your exchange is to reorder your item(s) in the correct size(s) then follow the return instructions above for the item(s) you are replacing.

International Customers
We ship internationally but unfortunately, we are not able to issue return labels to our international customers so you will be responsible for return shipping. If you would like to make a return, please email and reference your email, Invoice number and reason for your return, as well as any feedback you may have for us and we will provide you with return instructions.
